WEF 100+ is the strategic initiative of WEF Brasil dedicated to continuous financial sustainability, institutional expansion, and the consolidation of a lasting legacy in the fields of education, science, culture, and human development.
Inspired by the traditional American community chest model — collaborative funds created to permanently support collective causes — WEF 100+ establishes a simple and effective structure: many contribute accessible amounts so that the impact remains solid, stable, and continuous.
It is a recurring philanthropic support model, based on the participation of individuals and companies that share a commitment to building a more educated, ethical, and sustainable society.
Purpose and Allocation of Resources
Contributions to WEF 100+ are directed to:
- ensure the institution’s operational stability;
- guarantee the professional recognition and transparent compensation of its executive leadership;
- enable programs of educational, scientific, cultural, and social relevance;
- strengthen rigorous standards of governance and transparency;
- support the national and international expansion of WEF.
As the fund develops, it consolidates itself as a Sustainability Endowment Fund, capable of ensuring financial predictability, institutional independence, and the continuity of impact-driven projects.
Integration with the Global Financial Architecture
As part of its long-term vision, WEF 100+ contributes to the structuring of a broader international financial architecture, aligned with the future creation of the Global Education Impact Facility (GEIF).
In this context, WEF 100+ acts as one of the initial pillars of institutional support and development, contributing to the establishment of solid financial foundations that, progressively, may integrate into a global model of asset management and impact financing.
This integration reflects a strategy oriented toward permanence: strengthening, from the present, the instruments that will enable WEF to evolve into an increasingly autonomous, efficient system capable of sustainably expanding the reach of its initiatives.
