The WEF 100+ is the strategic initiative of WEF Global dedicated to long-term financial sustainability, institutional expansion, and the consolidation of a lasting social legacy.

Inspired by the traditional American community chest model — collaborative funds created to continuously support collective causes — WEF 100+ establishes a simple and effective structure: many contribute modestly so that the impact may be substantial, stable, and enduring.

Each participating company or individual acquires a symbolic monthly share. These contributions are allocated to:

• ensure institutional operational stability;
• provide fair and transparent compensation to the executive leadership;
• enable projects of social, educational, scientific, and cultural relevance;
• strengthen governance standards and support the international expansion of WEF Global.
