Program Structure

The program establishes institutional partnerships with corporations, foundations, universities, and public entities to secure donations of IT equipment, including computers, tablets, printers, and peripherals.
2. Reception, Assessment & Cataloguing
Donated equipment is received, registered, and evaluated by technical teams or partner institutions to determine usability and refurbishment requirements.
3. Reconditioning & Software Integration
Functional equipment undergoes cleaning, repair, and system updates. Whenever possible, devices are equipped with open-source software and educational platforms, ensuring accessibility and cost efficiency.
4. Redistribution & Allocation
Reconditioned equipment is distributed to selected beneficiaries, including schools and educational organizations, following a structured allocation process and documented delivery protocols.
5. Transparency & Impact Reporting
All donations are tracked and documented. Donor institutions receive certification of allocation, impact reports, and, when authorized, visual documentation of the initiative’s outcomes.
